North Korea says US must drop hostile policies for resuming nuclear talks

North Korea has reacted for the first time since the administration of President Joe Biden started to reach out to the reclusive nation for resuming nuclear talks. Pyongyang said the offer for talks was a ’time-delaying trick’ from the ’lunatic theory of threat from North Korea’ and ’groundless rhetoric of complete denuclearization.’ It said talks can’t resume unless Washington stops these things.
