Supply crunch in India hits Britain’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout

The COVID-19 vaccine rollout in UK will have to be slowed down next month. This is due to a supply crunch which has been caused due to a delay in shipments from India of millions of doses of the AstraZeneca vaccines. Also the stability of an additional 1.7 million doses has to be tested. A significant reduction of supplies could be seen from the 29th of March according to health officials.
