Judge allows some evidence of Floyd’s 2019 arrest in Chauvin trial

Judge Peter Cahill, who is presiding over the murder trial of ex-Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin in the George Floyd case, has allowed some evidence of Floyd’s 2019 arrest in the trial. Chauvin’s lawyer argued Floyd’s May 2019 arrest was similar to his fatal encounter with Chauvin. In 2019, Floyd had ignored officers’ commands, tried to put something in his mouth and drugs were found in his vehicle.

So far this judge has been doing a mighty fine job being fair. Allowing key evidence on both sides

Going to be so great watching insane leftist after all the cops are found not guilty. You'll see them act like what they really are.

This is where the legal system quits being about fairness and justice. Cherry picking evidence as opposed to telling the entire story deliberately misleads or, at the least, under informs a jury of one's peers to be capable of reaching a fair decision.
