Mixed reactions drawn by the death of Tanzania’s Magufuli

Mixed reactions were drawn after the news of John Magufuli, the President of Tanzania’s death. Many people expressed their sorrow for his death except one critic. The opposition leader of Tanzania, Tundu Lissu, said that it was ’poetic justice’ that Magufuli died due to COVID-19 after the leader said that he suffered during the rule of Magufuli as he shrank the democratic space of the country.
