UK police bill protest turns violent at Bristol rally

Two police officers were seriously injured after a rally protesting against a government bill that would increase police powers to deal with protests turned violent in Bristol Sunday. Police said the ’Kill the Bill’ march began peacefully but turned violent when some protesters attacked the police station in Bridewell Street, setting afire police cars. Police reinforcement has been called in.

This bill will allow police to shut down any protest, even if peaceful, if they are deemed a nuisance. If you remove the ability to peacefully protest then riots are inevitable.

Ah the beautiful Authoritarian Police state known as UK where butter knives are banned yet they are the capital of stabbings, where people from middle East chanting "death to UK" are treated like kings living on benefits and eastern Europeans who are working their ass of for minimal wage in factories are treated like third class citizens. God I love how hypocritical this country is, almost like having your own version of California in Europe.
