Russia and China join hands to condemn west for sanctions

A day after the EU, US, UK and Canada slapped sanctions on Russia and China over rights abuses, Moscow and Beijing joined hands to condemn the move. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who is on a China trip, said the EU’s ’unilateral decisions had destroyed ties’ with his country. Wang Yi, Lavrov’s Chinese counterpart, said the era of meddling in China’s internal affairs has ’gone forever.’

China and Russia are industrious, effective nations. Why can't they jump on the human rights bandwagon, it would make them two of the greatest countries in human history. But they refuse, so I have no choice but to see them as the bad guys. I'm sorry, but human life has value, and if you can't see that, then you don't deserve to be a super power.
