Canada’s $645,000 toilet panned by critics

Critics have panned the B.C. Govt. for having allocated $645,000 to buy and install a single public toilet in Vancouver’s Cooper’s Park. The washroom is funded by the Community Economic Recovery Infrastructure Program, which provides $100M in funding for similar projects. The company that built the toilet claims their products ’modern kiosk discourages crime with graffiti-proof wall panels.’

The world is on the brink of a great depression and we've got our leaders doing things like half a million dollar toilets. The article stated that because they have to run plumbing and excavation and whatnot that makes it pricier, but I'm sorry that much money is too much for a $hitter.

Soon as read this was in Vancouver I rolled my eyes and stopped reading. For those who don’t know, Vancouver in the province of British Columbia is the Portland or Seattle of Canada. There are the same leftist idiots spending tax payers money as if it were their own trust fund. I would imagine there would be a safe injections site with clean syringes and disposal alongside a Narcan dispenser for all the junkies this facility was built for.

If you haven't realized government is corrupt yet, I give you exhibit A. If you have been paying attention for decades, I give you exhibit XFD.

Now if that ain't a crappy deal?!

Oof, why would they make a statement like "graffiti proof" do these think people won't find a way? Hell I think acid might do the trick but can illegally engraving something be counted as graffiti? Any way my point is saying such things sounds less a statement of fact and more like a challenge

So worth it! Just think, graffiti-proof walls!

It only costs that much because of how many people want to get overly paid when they know the government or council will pay. This is why we can't have anything or progress. Everyone wants to take advantage.

It may be graffiti proof, but is it... cumsplosion proof? *Goes to Canada*
