EU plans stricter guidelines for Covid-19 vaccine exports
The EU recently announced a new rule that places restrictions on exports of vaccines based on a country’s vaccinated population. AstraZeneca has fallen short on promised vaccine deliveries made to the EU but continues to send vaccines abroad. The UK has received at least 10 million doses of the vaccine from EU plants, but has not sent any back in return.
