Biden has not spoken to me despite ’unity’ pledge: Mitch McConnell

It's because his unity involves following the left's demands and has nothing to do with open dialogue and compromise. "obey or else" is how they define unity.

To be fair, McConnell is very predictable in this aspect, he would be as obstructionist as possible, like his track record shows, while giving lip service to a sense of unity as well, so you get what you earn

Biden barely has control of his bowel movements let alone of the presidency. Who ever put him in should be ashamed thinking he could run county without showing the world how disabled he really is. The left thought Trump was bad for not holding his mouth shut but this guy can't get thought right with out monitor in front of his face.

Mcconnell admitted that he would not even let democrat bills get voted on. What right does mcconnell have to complain? He threatened to tear down every freedom we have worked hard to build if we eliminated the filibuster that has been constantly used to block racial equity. He fought to change the rules in his state so that the democrat governer the people elected can't replace him when he retires. He said no scotus confirmation in an election year, unless it's his guy then the rules change. Not meeting with mcconnell IS promoting unity.

Unity is smoking mirrors to the democrats. They love to speech and tell you what you want to hear to get elected. It's there game they play. Most Americans that vote for someone one like Biden loves to go back in time to Obama error. Plus there hatred they have for one person that put American back on its feet. Trump he is the one exception to this. He told you and did it anyhow no matter what anyone thought about it. We have just entered Obama 2.0 Biden is just puppet for Harris and Pelosi to pull his strings till they want him out of the way.

Biden ran on a centrist+platform of unity. So far, he seems to have disappointed everyone who voted for him because of that stated position. Two months into his Presidency, it looks like he is more interested in pandering to the wishes of elements in the Democratic party than he is in living up to his promise to work with both sides of the political spectrum to try and unify the country. George Washington warned of the vice of letting political parties control the government. Too bad no one remembers his advice or cares to heed it.
