They said: ’The patchwork system in place continues to fail us all.’ Those who signed the letter are: Rodolfo Karisch, David Aguilar, Ronald Vitiello, Carla Provost, Michael Fisher, Scott Luck, Robert Harris, Paul Beeson, Anthony Porvaznik, Roy Villareal and Robert Gilbert.
