Jacob Blake sues Kenosha Police officer who shot him

Jacob Blake Jr., who was paralyzed after he was shot in the back by a police officer in southeastern Wisconsin, filed a civil lawsuit Thursday accusing the officer of excessive force. Blake was shot by Kenosha Officer Rusten Sheskey in August, while he was about to get into an SUV during a domestic dispute. Blake’s federal complaint is seeking unspecified damages.

Lmfao, seriously. First, the attorney representing him is a pos. Part of our duty as attorneys is to deny frivolous law suits. Second, it is going to be extremely satisfying to have the defense question him regarding his warrant for rape (not as character evidence but to explain the cops frame of mind), the fact that he was carrying a knife (admitted by him), the fact that he refused to both drop the knife or get on the ground, the fact that he was trying to take a car that is no his (admitted and eye witnesses) and the fact that he did all of this while putting children in harms way. Can't wait.

Lmao good luck with that one. You should comply with the police and did as you were told instead of trying to run because you had a warrant for your arrest over spousal abuse. The judge will throw this our for sure. The cops weren't charge and did loose there jobs. So no case enjoy your injuries that you help cause to yourself.

😂🤣😂🤣 Ok guy who raped a woman in a bed next to her daughter, then returned to the scene of the crime and got shot after ignoring an officers instructions and going for a weapon. If you win this case then the police have no authority to do anything.

Is the officer going to counter sue for being attacked with a knife? Or will the mother Sue for the attempted kidnap of her children?

Tasers exist, a bullet was not needed to stop him.

They were both in the wrong he should’ve just complied but at the same time they shot him in the back probably because tasers can only reach so far so it really just depends on the situation but either way he should’ve just complied if he had nothing to hide.

And I hope he wins too. Police are grossly overpaid and love to abuse their power while evading any consequences.
