Senator Warnock criticizes bill to tighten voting rules in Georgia

Senator Raphael Warnock strongly hit out against a sweeping bill to tighten voting rules in the state, a day after it was signed by Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R). He said that the GOP bill was an attempt to ’arrest the voices and the votes of the people. It will not stand.’ The bill requires voters to provide a driver’s license or state-issued ID card number to request and submit absentee ballots.

Wow, all of these articles seem to exaggerate the facts. First I saw video of her "hammering" the door. More like knocking and appeared pretty nominal at best. Second "democracy is in 911". Mmm, not really as the bill passed both legislative bodies and then the governor signed it into law. Im not passing judgment on the bill as a whole keep in mind, just on the exaggerated headlines and portrayals in the media. I wish that crap would stop already as it appears to be socially part of the problem, just my two cents.

How about whatever security measures we use for voting are the same for collecting a legislators paycheck?
