Award-winning children’s author Beverly Cleary has died at 104. After first training as a librarian, Cleary became an author and wrote scores of children’s books, popularizing characters like Ramona Quimby and Henry Huggins. Cleary’s books have sold more than 85M copies and were translated into 29 different languages. Her last book, Ramona’s World, was published in 1999.
