The SCOTUS rejected a bid by conservative activist group Judicial Watch seeking to have Hillary Clinton testify about her use of a private email for official business as secretary of state in the Obama admin. Judicial Watch had asked to depose Clinton, top aide Cheryl Mills and other former State Department employees. It would have taken four justices to vote to grant review on the matter.
With the House and Senate under Democrat control what does it matter even if she is made to testify, she wouldn't be held accountable and likely never will be.
I'm surprised with so many conservative justices appointed by Trump that the Supreme Court would make that decision.
Ivanka did exactly the same thing later, so they probably didn't want to open that can of worms.
It seems both side did know understand the loophole of their laws and play the game to it advantage, rich and powerful always win, unfortunate for the common people. Trump administration blocks ambassador from testifying in House impeachment deposition https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-administration-us-ambassador-to-eu-from-appearing-at-house-impeachment-deposition “The failure to produce this witness, the failure to produce these documents, we consider yet additional strong evidence of obstruction of the constitutional functions of Congress,”
Yet MORE EVIDENCE of CORRUPT JUDGES sitting in our Nation's highest court! All American citizens have been witnessing many of these COMMUNIST-type actions taken by the CORRUPT DEMOCRAP CLOWNS and their Deep State Puppet Masters!
Now there's that blatant cover up with a relative pardon. Too bad we can't really get into all that anywhere even slightly mainstream anymore.
Why are they protecting Clinton? Could this be the Epstein effect???
Wow, can't get any transparency nowadays. Then again what can we expect from the Supreme Còwards.
Of course. They all protect their own.
Disgusting,
Really? What did you expect? Really?
At the end of the day. The bad people get away with anything. While the system works in only their favor.
