Teacher suggests parents pushing for schools to reopen are ’white supremacists’

Damian Harmony, a Latin teacher in Sacramento’s John F Kennedy High School, suggested that parents who are pushing for schools to reopen for in-person learning are white supremacists. He made the comments in a speech to the school board, which he later posted it on Facebook. He said was able to better gauge ’white supremacy’ in his neighborhood after hearing parents demanding schools to reopen.

So wanting your kid in school to see their friends and not be isolated is now racist

Ah yes, the tired old "white supremacist" excuse. At this point, it really has no weight. Just like the term Nazi.

Libtards being libtards. Such wōrþlēss cṝeāṭūręṣ. Don't you know how remote learning is negatively impacting the education of poor non whites.

I’m suggesting this teacher is an idiot and should be stripped of their license to teach.

I read deeper into his rant and he made it sound as though his obligation was not to educate the children with knowledge but to instill a moral compass in them. Sounds more like a cult or at church than a school.

I'll gladly profess my white supremacy to get kids back in school. Then we might have a fighting chance at having educated children.

Why make a remark like that? White, Black ,either or both would want to educate their kids just the same.

I think what Damion Harmony is saying is that those in his neighborhood who are demanding schools reopen immediately also have pro white supremacist tendencies.

The most extreme reason yet to avoid going back to your job. "Following the science" should lead anyone to conclude that kids don't transmit the coof. Teachers know better, apparently.

I highly doubt that the parents pushing for in school learning are white supremacist. Privileged, yes, dumb yes, selfish and short sighted definitely. Not everyone that disagrees with you is racist or a nazi though, they don't care about your safety and don't wanna watch their own kids anymore thats for sure. God forbid they wait till we are all vaccinated...

What's more insulting, is the illegal immigration kids are getting in person education from teachers in San Diego, while San Diego kid have to stay virtual.

Strangely even if no color parents asked school to reopen for in-person learning, the Latin teacher shouldn’t target white supremacy, abusing of race card is no longer privileged.

It's simple, close all government run schools (brain washing factories) and fire all teachers.

Everyone that disagrees the cult for any reason whatsoever, is a white supremacist. So according to the cult, it makes sense.

The ironic thing is that this kind of stuff is why parents should NOT be putting their kids back into the Wokeists public school system.
