New Jersey parents sue schools to reopen and start in-person teaching

A group of parents in New Jersey have filed two class-action lawsuits against schools, demanding that the schools reopen and start teaching in classrooms. They have also warned to sue more school districts by the end of the week. They allege that the schools have shut without scientific proof that in-person learning is a Covid-19 risk and are thus depriving their children the right to education.

They should. Teachers Unions are only doing this to beg for more cash and benefits. In the meantime low-income households that these teachers always claim to care the most about are hit the hardest, as they have no ability to afford daycare, and have to drop out of the workforce. Teachers just doing their jobs from home for the same pay and lesser results. The kids suffer from mental health problems and stunted social development. Teachers, just get your damn vaccines and do your job.
