Biden announces 11 nominees as federal court judges

President Joe Biden announced his first judicial nominees Tuesday. The list includes Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. He would replace Attorney General Merrick Garland on the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, which is considered the second-highest court in the US. Biden’s picks will now go to the Senate where the evenly split Senate Judiciary Committee will vote to confirm or reject them.

He does not seem to be appointing based on qualificstion. Seems he is set on appointing based on diversity..or maybe i just see it that way. Like he wants one of each. Not the best plan as history has shown. I like diversity, but just peppering the cake for the purpose of being inclusive is dangerous.
