Court voids Trump campaign’s non-disclosure agreement citing vagueness

A federal judge ruled Tuesday that a broad NDA that former President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign required employees to sign is unenforceable. The judge said the sweeping language the campaign compelled employees to sign was so vague that the agreement was invalid under NY contract law. The ruling came in a case brought by Jessica Denson who accused the campaign of sex discrimination.
