Wisconsin Supreme Court strikes down governor’s mask mandate

The Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down Gov. Tony Evers’ statewide mask mandate on Wednesday. The court ruled that any public health emergency issued by Evers is valid for just 60 days and can’t be extended without legislative approval. Evers had argued that he can issue multiple health emergencies because of the changing nature of the ongoing pandemic.

Well the CDC did say that vaccinated people don't need masks any more so blanket mandates actually go against science. Since its impossible to tell who has been vaccinated or not, it makes sense to simply ask people to wear them until they get the shot(s) and then allow them to be adults who are capable of assessing risk and make their own decisions. Leftists won't like it because they are desperate to be led and ordered around but let them whine, as long as they do it beyond arms' reach. Get any closer and COVID may be the least of their problems.
