At least five people were killed in Myanmar after security forces opened fire on pro-democracy protests, as the military reinforced its bid to end dissent with arrest warrants for online critics and internet blocks. Nearly 550 people have been killed since protests broke out against a coup. 46 of those killed are children, the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners activist group said.
