The Philippines Defence Secretary, Delfin Lorenzana, has accused China of planning to occupy more ’features’ in the disputed South China Sea. He remarked in response to the Chinese embassy’s statement saying that a fleet of 200 Chinese boats is anchored near a reef to shelter themselves from rough seas. ’I am no fool. The weather has been good so far, so they have no reason to stay there,’ he said
