Collision causes ferry to sink in Bangladesh

A collision between a ferry and a vessel in a river outside Bangladesh’s capital resulted in 25 people dying. According to reports, the ferry sank on Sunday night with rescuers recovering five bodies during the night. 20 others were recovered on Monday. Officials said nine people are still missing. The sand-laden cargo vessel has been blamed for the accident with an investigation ordered as well.
