Iowa Governor signs bill that removes permit requirements for handguns
Kim Reynolds, the Governor of Iowa signed into law a bill which aims to loosen regulations on gun ownership by eliminating the need for a permit to buy or carry handguns in the state. Man have called it a constitutional carry’ bill. Governor Reynolds acknowledged that the bill will not stop ’bad actors’ from acquiring handguns, but would protect her citizens’ rights.
