Hollywood actor Zachary Horwitz charged with running $940 million Ponzi scheme

The SEC has announced that it has charged Hollywood actor Zachary Horwitz, whose screen name is Zach Avery, with operating a $690 million Ponzi scheme. The FBI and SEC have accused Horwitz, 34, of running the scheme through his company, 1inMM, which defrauded investors of $227 million. Reports said he duped people by showing them fake licensing and distribution agreements with forged signatures.
