According to Greenland state broadcaster KNR, the main opposition party has become the biggest in parliament after it managed to secure more than third of votes in a snap election. The party, Inuit Ataqatigiit (IA) opposed a rare earth mining project and was able to take 37% votes. According to official data, the ruling social democratic Siumut party was unseated after securing 29% votes.

I can see wanting to keep a check on pollution. However there are ways to use natural resources and allow the country to make money.
