South Carolina’s house of representatives voted 79–29 to pass a hate crime bill that allows tougher punishment for violent crimes driven by hatred for someone’s race, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, etc. A final vote will come on a third reading before the legislation heads to the state senate. South Carolina, Arkansas and Wyoming are the only US states without a hate crimes law.
They better have it go always especially the exuberant amont of black on white violent crimes and the black on Asian crimes.
