COVID-19 vaccination site closes early after reactions to Johnson & Johnson shot

A vaccination site at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, a city in Colorado, closed early on Wednesday after a ’limited number’ of people had adverse reactions to the Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. It closed at 3:30 p.m., around 90 minutes early, which caused hundreds of people to be sent home without receiving a shot. Over 1,700 people received the vaccination shots that day.
