West Virginia AG threatens to sue Biden over orders on gun control
Patrick Morrisey, West Virginia’s attorney general, threatened to sue the federal government over President Joe Biden’s proposed gun control measures. Morrisey, a Republican, said defending the Second Amendment is one of the top priorities for his office. He said he won’t allow the ’far left to run roughshod over citizens’ gun rights,’ adding that he will be in court ’quickly’ if Biden goes ahead.
