WHO calls for ban on sale of live wild mammals in food markets

The World Health Organization has urged a ban on the sale of live wild mammals in food markets in order to prevent the emergence of new diseases such as COVID-19. The WHO said that since traditional markets play a central role in providing food and livelihoods for large populations, prohibiting the sale of live wild mammals could protect the health of both, market workers and customers.

Or, ban the sale of all live animals at food markets. The market workers can sell iced meats or lern2kode.

What will the poor people eat? China's poor are super poor! They have these markets because the communist government of China has failed to provide for the people while they get rich.

There are those areas that dont have access to refrigeration or even ice. So it may be by it love or dont eat. How many centuries have humans been around eating wild animals either hunted or bartered for. It seems to me we are doing ok for ourselves.

Smoke, mirrors, a hint of hocus, a touch of pocus, the narrative is set for the wild animal market hypothesis.
