Kimberly Potter, cop who shot Daunte Wright, posts $100,000 bail

Kimberly Potter, the 48-year-old Minnesota policewoman who shot dead Daunte Wright during a traffic pullover, has posted a bail of $100,000. She has been charged with second-degree manslaughter. Potter resigned from the Brooklyn Center police following the outrage triggered by her action. Potter, who has worked for the police department for 26 years, allegedly confused her gun for a Taser.
