Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon issued his final letter to shareholders before turning the helm over to AWS CEO Andy Jassy. He said ’We need a better vision for how we create value for employees.’ He said that the recent union election outcome at one of the company’s warehouses was an example of why the company needs to address challenges within its workforce.

The moment he is not directly accountable he starts adovacting for our worker rights and civil tax spikes. What a joke, how about you stop stealing the products from independent businesses that have to really on you for distribution, and then using your sale information to buy them out.
