France triggers ’hard Brexit’ plan

France has put in motion a contingency plan to deal with an eventual ’hard Brexit,’ Prime Minister Edouard Philippe said on Thursday. As per the plan, Some €50 million ($57 million) would be invested in ports and airports, focusing on control points and parking areas, with the possible appointment of 580 customs and veterinary staff.
