Zimbabwe warns crackdown is a foretaste of things to come

The Zimbabwean government said Sunday that the crackdown last week on protests in the country is a foretaste of how the government will respond to future unrest. Human rights groups say evidence suggests at least a dozen were killed during demonstrations that turned violent in the capital Harare and second city Bulawayo. Hundreds are alleged to be in custody accused of public order offences.
