Gunman fires shots in Florida bank, surrenders to police, casualties reported

At least five people were killed at a Florida bank and the suspect is in custody, authorities said. The 21-year-old suspect, Zephen Xaver, walked into SunTrust Bank in Sebring, Florida, around 12.30pm local time & began shooting, Sebring police chief Karl Hoglund said at a conference. A brief hostage-type situation arose after Xaver called police, but a SWAT team soon put a halt to the standoff.

Police shoot and kill unarmed black men every other day in America. But this white guy walks into a bank, armed, shoots five people dead, and the police arrest him without a scratch. Without a bruise. Go figure.
