U.S. and Canadian fighters escorted pair of Russian bombers near Alaska

A pair of Russian supersonic bombers (Tu-160 Blackjack) has been detected and escorted off by two F-22 and two CF-18 jet fighters, from U.S. and Canada, respectively. The bombers remained in international airspace and did not enter sovereign territory, according to NORAD.
