Gwyneth Paltrow sued for crashing into man while skiing

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is being sued after an alleged crash at a Utah ski resort. Paltrow has been accused of seriously injuring Terry Sanderson after skiing into him on 26 February 2016. Sanderson, a retired doctor, is seeking $3.1 million in damages, claiming he suffered a concussion and four broken ribs. He said it was unkind of her not to stay with him after the accident or even apologize.

She is part owner of Stark Industries. I think she will be fine.

Pretty sure you cant sue the resort champ... But sounds like [if the witness is right] there may be grounds against Paltrow. Skier/boarder behind has responsibility for those below them

wait hes retired and want 3.1 million? For what? when you sue someone isnt it for compensation for time missed for work or whatever and medical bills? Also if the incident is anything like when I go skiing I bet he was scuttling along across the slope like an idiot while skiers have to avoid running into him. I swear, I was skiing once and a lady and her kid decided to sit under a jump and play in the snow. I almost scalped them when I took the jump and she had the audacity to tell me to watch were I'm going.
