Dutch church ends 96 day prayer session as government lets refugees stay

A marathon prayer service to stop an Armenian family being deported from the Netherlands ended after 96 days on Wednesday. This came after the government agreed to make an exception to immigration rules allowing the Tamrazyan family and others, rejected for permanent residence after living for years in the Netherlands, to stay in the country after all.
