Senate rebukes Trump’s troop withdrawal from Syria and Afghanistan

The US Senate advanced a largely symbolic legislation on Thursday opposing plans for any abrupt withdrawal of troops from Syria and Afghanistan. The Senate voted 68-23 in favor of a non-binding amendment, drafted by Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. The impact of the vote is uncertain as the amendment McConnell offered was non-binding.

And will staying in Syria allow us to defeat ISIS? No, because they can try to establish their dystopian caliphate elsewhere. And Al-Qaeda is probably well connected or clever enough to stall out a U.S. effort to defeat them for years (look at the Taliban). And wars cost money. They want out of Yemen but not Syria. Ignore McConnell on this one, Trump.

You may not know this Gramps but Mitch is Donnie's equal, Just like Nancy is Donnie's equal. We have three separate but equal branches of the Government in this country. Maybe Mitch is starting to grow some balls after he saw Nancy pull Donnie's panties down and give his fat ass a whopping.
