Catholic leaders in Texas name 286 priests accused of abusing minors

Roman Catholic leaders in Texas on Thursday identified 286 priests accused of sexually abusing children. The names were posted online by the state’s 15 Catholic dioceses and follow an August grand jury report in Pennsylvania. The majority of the priests identified have died, with the abuse going back as far as the 1940s.

“A majority of the priests have died” how bout you exclude those next time and put in more of the ones we can actually do something about. Regardless good on ya for callin out the ones you did.

First of all these priests have been “accused” of sexual misconduct although these accusations are reported to be “credible”. But still we don’t more #metoo hysteria so due process is necessary. Second as a devout Lutheran, the Roman Catholic church really needs to reevaluate their unBiblical requirement of celibacy as well as a lot of other unBiblical practices and catch up with the Reformation. Third why children? Can’t these guys go to Grindr like everyone else? Are they all just pedos who hide out in the RC church? Are these children just convenient? Although I don’t know many men who could get it up for a child. What is going on here?

too little too late. typical of the catholic church to waite until they cannot do a damn thing. just another reason to stay clear of organized religion if you ask me.
