Taliban calls recent Afghanistan peace talks with US successful

The head of a Taliban delegation visiting Moscow said on Tuesday that Afghanistan peace talks with the US last month had been a success. Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai was quoted saying no agreement had been reached with Washington on a timeframe for a troop pullout, but he hoped it would happen soon. He also said the insurgents do not want to seize ’the whole country by power’.
