The leader of Popular Party, Pablo Casado have declared the key to guarantee the future of pensions lies in encouraging birth rates. In order to do that, he proposes to repeal the current abortion law in order to go back to the 1985 one. This law limits the right to abort to cases when women are victims of a rape, when the fetus comes with malformations and when pregnancy is a risk for the mother.
