Supreme Court blocks Louisiana’s stringent abortion law

The US Supreme Court on Friday temporarily prevented a Louisiana law imposing strict regulations on abortion clinics. This comes after Shreveport-based abortion provider Hope Medical Group challenged the law’s requirement that doctors who perform abortions must have a formal relationship called ’admitting privileges’ at a hospital within 30 miles of where the procedure would be performed.

...can't it then ALSO block New York's permissive abortion law? you know the one that allows late term abortion up to, and including while the mother is in labor?

All these anti-abortionists vanish when you ask about child suppourt, medical insurance legislation, education budgets, and other stuff about RAISING the child, but as soon as abortion is involved? By god they will make you have that baby regardless of your capacity to do so.
