In dramatic split, Europe’s richest soccer teams to start own league

Despite warnings of serious repercussions, 12 of Europe’s top football clubs from England, Spain and Italy dramatically split from the Union of European Football Associations to start a closed league – Super League – of their own. Real Madrid president Florentino Perez would be the SL’s founding chairman. UEFA warned clubs joining the SL would be banned from playing in any other competition.

Florentino Perez, a crooked would be politician and Real Madrid's current president is going to be the chairman of this "Super League?" This thing smells of corruption already. Let me guess, Real Madrid is going to win the inaugural tournament and maybe the ones that follow. Give me a break.
