North Korea may have made more nuclear bombs, but threat reduced

According to a new report, North Korea has continued to produce bomb fuel while in denuclearization talks with the US and may have produced enough to add as many as seven nuclear weapons to its arsenal. However, the freeze in nuclear and missile testing has meant the country poses less of a threat than before, as per Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Cooperation.

With aid from China or Russia do they really need to do their own testing? Vietnam had a lot of SAM sites built by the Russians.
