UK’s May to tell lawmakers to hold their nerve before Brexit

British PM Theresa May is expected to tell British lawmakers on Tuesday they must hold their nerve over Brexit to force the EU to accept changes to the divorce deal. British lawmakers overwhelmingly rejected May’s withdrawal deal last month, with the major sticking point being the Irish ’backstop’. The British parliament is set to hold a debate on Brexit on February 14.
