Woman charged with tossing chairs from Canada high-rise

A 19-year-old woman is facing charges for allegedly throwing two chairs off a 45th story balcony along a busy downtown Toronto street. Marcella Zoia turned herself in after investigators launched a public appeal to identify her following an online video that showed her in the act. There were no reports of injuries.
