Man convicted of 1st-degree murder in 2010 border agent’s death

A man accused of pulling the trigger in the 2010 killing of a US Border Patrol agent in Arizona was convicted of murder. A federal jury found Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes guilty of murdering agent Brian Terry. Osorio-Arellanes was part of a crew looking to rob smugglers transporting drugs from Mexico into the US. The group confronted Terry and three other Border Patrol agents in a shootout.

Interesting choice of words, 'man accused of pulling the trigger.... convicted'. Everyone knows it was individuals within the Obama Administration that were also complicit in this man's murder with their 'Fast & Furious' operation and will never be held accountable.
