Montana women sue border patrol over racial profiling claims

Two women in Montana have sued the US ICE, alleging a border agent questioned them after having overheard the two speaking Spanish and subsequently illegally detained them. The lawsuit claims the agent held Ana Suda and Martha Hernandez, both US citizens, for 40 minutes in May 2018 without reasonable suspicion or probable cause.

"The problem with that is that there are millions and millions of people who are Spanish speakers who are U.S. citizens or who are otherwise lawfully in the U.S.” For once I agree with the ACLU it is a problem, and the solution is a wall and ending birthright citizenship for children of people in the US illegally or only here on non-immigrant visas.
