Video meetings cut short to reduce stress by new Outlook setting

Science has been used by the research team of Microsoft to prove that back to back meetings can wear down users. Due to this, an Outlook feature is being promoted which would help build individual breaks. EEG sensors were used to measure the waves of the brain and note the increase in stress following four successive 30 minute meetings and lesser stress with a buffer period between meetings.
