Judge grants citizenship to twin son of gay couple

A federal judge in California ruled Thursday that a twin son of a gay married couple has been an American citizen since birth. The judge ruled that the State Department was wrong to deny citizenship to 2-year-old Ethan Dvash-Banks because US law does not require a child to show a biological relationship with their parents if their parents were married at the time of their birth.

What an abomination of law manipulation. I'm all for gay people having the right to be gay, but that in no way equates to the right to have children. we need to do away with so called "Birthright citizenship " anyway, like the vast majority of other countries have.

When you are so gay you want to prove a point to the government. Did they order a Christian birthday cake too?

As a gay man I disagree with this if they want to raise a child fine but you should only be able to adopt american children. Regardless these people adopted this child to prove a point politically and that itself makes them wrong children are not political pawns.

Let's go ahead and settle this for one way or the other by taking this to the Supreme Court.
